Charty ("we", "the site") is a free music-charts player. This page explains what data is collected when you use it.
What Charty itself collects
Charty has no user accounts, no sign-in, and doesn't store anything about you on our own servers. The site is a static page that reads a public chart data file and plays embedded videos — there's nothing to log in to and nothing personal for us to hold on to.
YouTube embedded playback
When you press play on a track, Charty embeds a YouTube video player directly on the page. That embed is provided by YouTube (Google LLC), and your interaction with it — including any data YouTube collects, such as viewing activity or cookies it sets — is governed by:

Advertising
Charty shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Search panel
The search box on Charty is a Google Programmable Search Engine. Searches you run through it are handled by Google, subject to the same Google Privacy Policy linked above.

Aside from what YouTube and Google's ad/search systems set on their own, Charty doesn't set its own tracking cookies.
